Happy Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Libra and Happy Easter!

I hope everyone is doing well and that the energies are treating you kindly. Energies have seemed rather active and intense here. Been a challenge with sleep on top of people getting rather intense. They've been getting triggered rather easily and creating all sorts of drama. Not sure if it was due to the recent full moon and lunar eclipse, the holiday, or what. Hopefully, things went smoother for you all. If you want to learn more about the recent full moon and lunar eclipse, feel free to check out the following videos:

The sleep struggles continued. Struggled staying asleep, leaving me feeling rather exhausted and drained on Monday. With how little sleep I had gotten, dream recall was a complete blur. Sleep was somewhat better waking up Tuesday and Wednesday; it wasn't ideal, but at least I didn't feel completely exhausted. Dream recall was still incredibly hazy, though, so I wasn't sure what transpired. Sleep was rough Wednesday night/Thursday morning; it was a struggle to fall asleep and then I ended up waking up like an hour and a half before my alarm without being able to fall back asleep. I had a vague recollection from my dream, though. There was something about my brother, his dog, and my grandpa. There was something else about different groups of people, and someone was asking me about my ancestors and how they came over to America (I honestly had no clue in the dream nor did it change in the waking world).

Waking up Friday morning was a bit of a struggle, but nothing too terrible. Dream recall was pretty hazy, though. I think it might have somehow involved school, but no idea on the specifics. Saturday didn't prove much better; I was able to sleep in, which was quite nice, but remembering my dream proved to still be a struggle. I think there was something about a lot of travel but also some kind of school. Not sure if I was supposed to travel great distances to reach a special school, if it had just be like a trip/vacation prior to returning to school, or what.

Sleep was somewhat elusive once more. Wasn't able to fall back asleep this morning despite attempts and desire to do so. Dream recall was kind of fuzzy, but I managed to remember more details than as of late. I was out and about, and this guy started chatting with me. I was somewhat curious about it, as people don't normally do so. He ended up introducing me to his family. They were telling me about the guy's plans, what he was working towards, etc. The dad seemed really proud, telling me that the guy was 16 and in some accelerated course (something for college or akin to it). The dad handed me some paper with the details, and it seemed to have handwritten contact info for them/the guy. I kind of looked over it, happy for the guy that he seemed to be making nice progress for his life and that he was excited for it. Details got a bit muddled, but I think I ended up meeting up with April and Corliss afterwards. It was after leaving and doing other things that I was able to process things, and it dawned on me that the guy had been hitting on me and that he and his family had thought I was like the same age as him. I felt rather weird about it because it was quite the age gap. More happened, but that's all I could remember once awake.

The boys were a bit disappointed to be going back to school and no longer being on vacation, but they had a blast on their cruise. They got to visit the British Virgin Isles as well as St. Thomas. Unfortunately, severe storms prevented them from visiting the Bahamas, but they still had plenty of fun. They told me that they loved swimming in the ocean and even got to swim with some sharks. They did complain about the airport and picking up baggage as being "so chaotic," though. Otherwise, it was back to the normal for this week. They chatted with me about animals, new Funko Pop releases, anime, games, Disney, etc. The younger brother also told me all about what he's making in his cooking class now.

Tsuki was her typical adorable and goofy self. She enjoyed plenty of cozy cat naps, antics, and shenanigans. Tsuki soaked up and savored the sunshine out on the porch, played in boxes, lurked around corners, snuggled up on blankets, attempted sneak attacks, and hung out with me while I worked on diamond art. She definitely keeps things interesting and lively.

Remember to take time for you. Helping others and spending time with them is important, yes, but so is taking care of yourself. You can't fill others' cups if your own is empty. Sometimes you need to tell others "no" in order to say "yes" to yourself; it doesn't make you a bad person. You're only human. There's only so much any one human is feasibly capable of. It's also okay to take your time; your timing can be uniquely your own. Your journey doesn't have to look like anyone else's. Take things one step at a time; your progress will add up before you know it. The holidays can be fun, wonderful times for many people, but they can also bring plenty of family drama and chaos. You're allowed to set boundaries in order to preserve your well-being and peace of mind. It doesn't make you an awful person; sometimes people have harmful habits, behaviors, and mindsets. You don't have to be around it. You can do what's right for you. Maybe those with harmful thoughts, actions, and beliefs will come around with time, but it's up to them to decide. The only thing you can control is yourself; the external world can be a mess, but it's out of your hands. Do the best you can, be gentle with yourself, and live a life you find worthwhile. Life's too short to be miserable, living a life you hate. Your time and energy are precious resources, so cherish them. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend!

Food for thought for the week:
