Happy Valentine's Day, and Happy Birthday, Corliss!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's week and received plenty of love in all of its forms! April, Corliss, and I had a blast this weekend celebrating Corliss' birthday. We went to a crystal and gem show that happened to be this weekend, caught up with the recent happenings of each other's lives, and getting yummy food to share together. There were so many crystals! It was great to see my friends happy, too, because life has been getting quite intense for everyone.

I could remember some details from my dream, although it was still somewhat fuzzy when I woke up Monday morning. The first thing I could remember was being at what resembled the Burger King my family went to as a kid. I was there with my parents and sister. My sister had some kind of fries, and I had a mint shake. My dad told me to go pay for the stuff, and it ended up being $8.98. I had put the shake down to pay, which took a while since the staff were doing other things. During which, another staff member got rid of my shake.

There was another part of my dream where Sandra from The Magnificent Future/Akura and Veronica from Higher Realm Holistics appeared. They seemed to be teaching yoga/a meditation for the crazy times and energies. There was something about my previous job and the director being horrible to staff. I met up with April at one point, and I think exchanged clothes. I went outside of my house, and things just felt off energetically. There were some super weird things going on with the sky. It might have been purple, but there were strange phenomena going on. More definitely happened, but that's all I could remember upon waking.

I was tempted to stay in bed and go back to sleep Tuesday morning. Details were kind of fuzzy, but from what I could remember there was something about going in a trip with my dad's side of the family and visiting our family out in Colorado. We met up with my aunt and some of my cousins and were planning some kind of excursion using two cars. There was something about meeting some lady with a couple of dogs. Then there was something about either traveling to another world or getting transported into some game. It seemed a bit chaotic wherever it was, and different parts seemed inspired by different countries. There was something else about cosplay and maybe a cosplay event, but that's all I could remember.

It was pretty tempting to stay in bed Wednesday morning because it was so cozy, although I wasn't as tired as the previous days. My dream recall was veiled in a haze, so I had no clue what transpired the previous night. I was tempted to go back to sleep when I woke up on Thursday, feeling all comfy and cozy. I think my dream had something about writing and assembling something, but the details were really muddled. Seemed sort of important, but I had no idea of what specifically happened.

I got to sleep in since the boys were off school on Friday, but it was still super tempting to go back to sleep. It definitely had to do with the energies since I felt exhausted off and on all day, and April and Corliss also got hit with the intense wave of exhaustion, unintentionally falling asleep. Even though I got to sleep in, my dream recall was incredibly hazy, and I couldn't recall any specific details.

I unintentionally slept until noon on Saturday; not sure if it was my alarm not going off or me falling back asleep. I figured my body just needed it once I did wake up. My dream recall was a bit fuzzy, but I did recall there being this group of kids/teens/young adults meeting up. They might have been wizards/witches because they were able to use magic/wands. They had been discussing how unsatisfied with how things were playing out and decided to call a meeting to make changes. This one boy/guy decided to take matters into his own hands and made an announcement that was sort of like fireworks in how it activated, launching up into the sky with bright lights, but it played out like a video. The message also seemed to pop up for all of the kids/teens/young adults. There was girl in the small group that started freaking out because that was too flashy when they needed to be subtle; the group knew that the adults would not support their ideas and would want to squelch any of their efforts. The boy/guy started getting responses of who would attend their emergency meeting. The girl asked when it would be and how many would show up. Apparently, he made it for like 30 minutes later and that 300 people were already going. The girl started freaking out because the boy expected them to supply food for everyone. The girl started organizing their small group to make preparations, making food and ordering food. More likely happened, but that's all I could remember upon waking up.

I was quite content to stay comfy in bed this morning; it was a rather relaxing morning because I allowed myself to have one--there was no pressure, and I gave myself the opportunity to just be. It was wonderful. My dream recall was a bit hazy, but I was at a store, which seemed to be Target. I was with April and her mom at first (if I remember correctly), but my family was also there. I remembered enjoying the feeling of various fuzzy, warm pants. I ended up in another section, and it seemed to be the outdoor furniture section. Apparently, it had recently undergone a remodel. There was some kind of security officer there making comments about how they used all the leftover tape to make like these "tape ropes" to hang things up for display (the officer was confused by it). More happened, but specific details remained elusive.

The boys were eager for a shortened school week. They loved discussing Spy x Family and various memes, like Anya's smirk. The pair also started contemplating what crossovers between Spy x Family and other anime would look like, specifically ones like InuYasha and SK8 the Infinity; they were curious about who would end up being friends between the various series. The older of the two said that I should get a CD soundtrack for Spy x Family if they have it since I have one for InuYasha. The boys are excited for their 4-day weekend, and I don't blame them. Having days off is quite nice.

Tsuki had a fun week. She enjoyed plenty of snoozes during the cold days but still had plenty of energy for your wild antics and rough housing. Tsuki loved birdwatching from her favorite window and snuggling up on my lap when it got really cold. She played in a few boxes and savored the sunshine on the porch when it got warmer. The goof still did her normal shenanigans of stealing paper beads, racing around the house (plotting her next attack), chewing on things like a shark, and playing with straws. There's never a dull moment with Tsuki around.

Remember to show yourself a little extra TLC! While it's always nice to receive love from others, whether it's friends, family, a pet, or a partner, make sure you show yourself kindness and love. You're worthy of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-care. Make sure you treat yourself well; it's okay to take it easy, relax, and have fun. I took advantage of having free mornings and slept in this weekend; it was wonderful, and my body definitely needed it. Be gentle with yourself and recognize you're amazing! Have a wonderful rest of your holiday weekend, everyone, and wishing you all the happiness and love!
