Happy Super New Moon in Aquarius and Happy Chinese New Year!

I hope everyone is doing well, and I wish everyone a very happy Year of the Rabbit! Here's to the most prosperous year yet! Hopefully, the energies are treating you well, although I've been struggling with sleep (still); it's always an interesting experience when you feel super energized at night but then need to get up early in the morning for obligations and work. If you want to learn more about this recent super new moon, feel free to check out the videos below!

When I woke up on Monday, my dream recall was rather murky. There was something about art, but that's all I could remember. My dream recall was fairly fuzzy when I woke up on Tuesday morning, too. I know that I had been babysitting the boys in the dream. Their mom had decided to give me a check (something that hasn't happened for over a year). All the other details about the dream remained elusive, and I wasn't able to remember anything else upon waking.

I was quite tempted to stay in bed and go back to sleep when I woke up Wednesday morning, as it was quite cold. My dream recall was pretty muddled. There was something about art, sculptures, and Pokémon, but specific details remained elusive. My dream recall was still pretty fuzzy Thursday morning when I woke up, and it felt like I could easily stay cocooned in bed and go back to sleep. I think there was something about Dragon Ball Z, but I wasn't able to remember anything specific.

Dream recall was still rather hazy when I woke up Friday morning, and it was quite tempting to stay in bed. While most details were elusive, the dream seemed to involve travel. I think it was with my parents and siblings. There was something about some hotel or lodging, something about working at some sort of before and after care program, and something about the softest pillows that were so soft that you instantly fell asleep once your head touched it. More definitely happened, but that's all I could recall upon waking up.

It was pretty tricky waking up on Saturday; it was rather cold and I was feeling quite lethargic. Details from my dream remained elusive, seemingly hidden behind a thick haze. I ended up falling back to sleep accidentally this morning; it's probably in part to babysitting late the previous night. Dream recall was veiled in a thick haze, too, so I had no idea what transpired once I woke up.

The boys were eager to discuss theories once again, and they got into a deep discussion about the parallels and similarities between Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Hercules as well as Frosty the Snowman and Olaf. It was interesting to listen in on. The boys were also excited to celebrate Pearl's birthday on Friday; it's hard to believe she's already 6 years old! They gave her lots of extra love on her birthday, and she was loving every second of it.

I babysat for another family on Saturday, and the pair of kiddos were so excited to see me two weekends in a row. We got into some pretty deep discussions about anime, Disney, movies, life in general, and even what causes people to be so hateful. We enjoyed watching the newest episode of The Owl House, and we had lots of fun playing games like ping pong and Pokémon. It was a pretty laid-back night, and we had lots of fun!

Tsuki was her typical goofy self. She enjoyed snoozing quite a bit due to the cold weather, and she was so excited when we got a new fireplace on Friday (the previous one stopped working and hadn't worked all winter).Tsuki enjoyed playing with various toys, stealing paper beads, and bird watching. She was also ecstatic when my gift for her arrived and immediately started using (and playing with) her new cat scratcher cave.

Artwork for the week included more paper beads (which Tsuki was excited about because she keeps stealing them):

It's been so cold lately with Tsuki's been wanting to cuddle a lot, so we hope you can stay warm! It can be easy to try to power through experiences, but taking time to care for yourself and tend to your needs is vital. I've been using the weekends to sleep in, and I took time to relax and have fun with the kids I babysit last night, playing Pokémon games, watching the newest episode of The Owl House, and coming up with all sorts of stories. Having down time is crucial, yet in today's society it often gets put on the backburner. Take time for yourself and prioritize self-care. Burnout is very real issue, so don't neglect yourself. You're worthy of love, happiness, and fun; follow your joy and listen to your heart. It's time to live a life worthwhile! Stay blessed with love and light, everyone~
