I hope everyone is doing well and happy September! Hopefully, things have been going smoothly for you. The week seemed to calm down as the weekend rolled around; the weekend brought some cooler weather, which made sleep easier (all the hot has made sleep such a challenge for me, and the cooler weather was a much needed change of pace). The forecast predicts hotter weather again, which is a bummer, but I'll take what I can get. Life seems like it's been pretty chaotic for people that I know, too, so I try to do what I can to help (but, unfortunately, there's much that's outside of my hands). Hopefully, the energies will chill out with the fall weather, and maybe the recent new moon helped with that, too. If you want to learn more about the full moon in Virgo, feel free to check out the following videos:
The boys were excited for the shorter school week; they're still struggling a bit in adjusting to school routines (and the early wake-up times). Thankfully, it was somewhat cooler this week, so that made it easier on them. They enjoyed chatting with me about Disney, video games, theories, plans for the future/travel, trains, and weekend fun (it's their mom's birthday this weekend, so they're happy). At one point they were discussing the different Aladdin movies and how great Robin Williams was as the genie. RIP Robin Williams.
Tsuki enjoyed a pretty chill week full of rest and relaxation, but she made sure to include play throughout, too. She loves her cozy cat naps on her favorite chair, in her cat house, on her bag, and on the couch. Tsuki also loved lounging on the carpet, on the stool, on the couch, and ever across the table. She had fun getting into antics, lurking behind counters/walls, sitting on her cat scratcher tunnel, and playing with her toys. Tsuki's such an adorable goof that brings joy and laughter.
Artwork for the week included continuing the jumbo diamond art design of Tsuki my boyfriend got me (it takes up like the whole kitchen table):
This week I created more new content for Creativity Chronicles, so feel free to check out the newest content!

As the seasons change and we approach the busy holiday season, make sure you make time for you. Self-care is vital, as you can't fill others' cup from your own empty cup. If some days you need to take more time for yourself, that's okay. You're only human; the human experience can be challenging, messy, and complicated. All we can ever do is the best of where we're at; some days we may be able to accomplish more while other days it may prove to be a greater struggle. That doesn't make you any less. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself a break. You'll be able to accomplish more after resting, too. Take things one step at a time, remembering to breathe and go at your own pace. You're the only you there is, so do things your way and in ways that work best for you. You don't have to be like everyone else--we need your unique light in the world, so do what you need to shine bright! You've got this! Have a wonderful rest of your weekend!
