Happy Lion’s Gate and Full Moon in Aquarius!

I hope everyone has been doing well and that life has treated you kindly! It was a potent week, charged with all sorts of energy, due to the Lion's Gate and full moon. So many people are going through purges, releasing the old an old chapters closing, as new things start to bloom. It's this messy middle phase of transition, where you're not your old self but you're not quite the new version of yourself either--much like a caterpillar cocooned in the chrysalis becoming the butterfly, it takes time to unfold and become. There are those that are trying to desperately cling onto the old, refusing to let go, and insist on rigid control, and these folks are having a very rough time with things, lashing out when things aren't staying the same and going according to their plans and old patterns. It's a time of upgrades and new opportunities, but there will be those that resist, wanting to remain within the familiar and the known. Whether we want it to unfold or not, this new chapter is here, so we can choose how we respond and show up for it. If you want to know more about the recent Lion's Gate and full moon in Aquarius energies, feel free to check out the following videos:

The boys enjoyed discussing various games (like Terraria on inferno hard mode), Disney, current events, theories, and a variety of other topics that came to mind. It was a semi-normal week, but they had some extra activities, such as going to a interactive museum (kind of "adventure park" type vibe) and getting some haircuts for the upcoming school year. They say that they're excited but also a bit nervous about the new school year. It's the final stretch before the new school year, and I think it's a bit bittersweet for them.

Tsuki enjoyed a pretty chill week, full of rest, relaxation, cozy cat naps, and playful antics and shenanigans. She snuggled up on the couch and chairs for some peaceful snoozing, lounged on her window shelf for some birdwatching, enjoyed cozying up in her cat houses, and played a bunch with her cat tunnel bed and dangling cat toys. Summer's heat returned with a vengeance, but the end of this weekend finally brought rain, which was much appreciated (Tsuki enjoyed listening to the rain, too).

Life is a roller coaster, full of highs and lows, twists and turns, high energy and low energy. It's okay to go at your own pace and to walk your own path--you don't have to be perfect or have it all together. Some days will be easier than others, while others can be full of challenges, struggle, turbulence, storms, and pain. Do your best to keep showing up and keep moving forward, while recognizing that there's nothing wrong with resting and taking a break.

Fill up your cup and take care of yourself, and you'll be able to go so much farther than if you constantly try to force yourself to push forward, grind, hustle, and "get things done." You aren't a robot--you're human, and you need rest. Remember to breathe, make space, and allow yourself to be human. You're doing just fine; as long as you do your best, you can be proud. Each day is a gift and opportunity to learn, grow, and improve, even if only the smallest bit.

You'll figure things out in time, so trust the universe and follow your heart. Unexpected blessings, gifts, opportunities, and connections await. Ask the universe to show you how good it gets and expect good things to head your way. Please, take care and have a wonderful rest of your weekend!

Food for thought for the week:
