Happy Full Moon in Virgo and Lunar Eclipse!

I hope everyone is doing well and that life is treating you kindly. Many people have been grumbling about Daylight Savings that happened last Sunday and how it's messed with their sleep and circadian rhythm (it's messed considerably with mine, but I've done my best to go with the flow and try to adjust without complaining since it won't change that it happened). The winds of change are blowing strongly as of late--there's been so much wind, and we even had such strong winds that resulted in severe thunderstorms and tornados during the full moon and lunar eclipse. Thankfully, to my knowledge, everyone made it safely through the storms, but people have been without power this weekend due to them. Things are shaking up, and people are struggling with it. The energies are getting intense, and those that don't have a strong, stable internal foundation aren't faring well. Prioritize your peace of mind and well-being; take care of yourself, remember to breathe, and take things slowly if you need to. More and more things are coming to light. The dark, the manipulative tactics, the shady intentions, the disingenuous, and the like can no longer be hidden. Those with the eyes to see and the ears to hear are aware and paying attention, and the numbers keep growing. This is wild. Is originality, authenticity, and genuine care dead?

The boys struggled with the time change, but especially the younger brother that tends to be a night owl; they were so ready for the start of spring break. They had some tests and assignments to complete before the break, along with some after school activities (like a band performance for the younger brother), but once they finished those, they were free to rest, relax, and enjoy the break. The break is well-deserved, so I hope they have lots of fun and savor the free time.

Tsuki was her typical goofy self this week, but she was extra snuggly during the intense storms and tornadoes, curling up with me so she could peacefully nap. No matter what shows up in life, Tsuki finds a way to have fun and make time for snuggly snoozing. She enjoyed plenty of cozy cat naps in her favorite places (like her favorite chair, the couch, her window shelf, my lap, and the porch) while enjoying playtime, shenanigans, and antics. Tsuki enjoyed lounging and lurking in her cat tunnel as well as playing with all the plastic that came with the new chairs. She always knows how to make the most of life and savor it; life is much better with her in it.

No matter what life brings your way, no matter how turbulent and dark the storms may get, you can weather it all and come out strong. The external world can be shaky, full of chaos and drama, but fortify your internal foundation. The external doesn't need to dictate your internal world or how you perceive experiences. You get to choose how you show up in the world and the narratives you tell yourself; you are the author of your life story. If you need to detach from certain groups, if you need to walk away from certain groups, places, or things because it does not resonate and isn't serving you, you have every right to. You can prioritize your peace of mind and well-being; you can choose to fill up your cup rather than constantly being drained. Be gentle with yourself, remember to breathe, be mindful, and reflect on what you need and what's best for you. Your timing is uniquely your own; you don't need to rush--you can go at your own pace. It's okay to rest and recharge your batteries. Be gentle with yourself as we navigate these energies and times. All we can ever do is our best, so do what you can, take care of yourself, and stay true to your internal compass. Everything is working out naturally; trust the process because the universe is working its magic behind the scenes beautifully. You've got this. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend, and remember that you are incredible!

Food for thought for the week:
